How to Keep You Healthy
It’s very important for us to keep healthy. But how?
Here are some pieces of advice for you to follow. First, you should have a healthy diet. It’s necessary to eat enough fresh fruit and vegetables, because they contain all kinds of vitamins that you need every day. But don’t eat too much food that contains a lot of fat or sugar. Don’t drink too much coffee and don’t smoke.
And second, you’d better form some good habits, such as doing regular exercise, going to bed early and getting up early. You must have enough sleep every day. By the way, you’d better remember not to work too hard.
