     Nowadays, many university graduates find it difficult to find a good job. Usually hundreds of
students compete for a good job and only a few of them may be lucky enough. They often refuse
some jobs just because they need hard working and can’t get highly paid. On the other hand, It is
thought that most university graduates lack a spirit of working hard and cooperate in jobs. They are
good at theory but can’t do anything when meet with practical problems. Experts say graduates
should face the reality and form a good state of mind to get used to the society.
     I think students must learn as much as they could in the university to improve themselves, including
the ability to cooperate and the spirit of hard working. And students must learn that they should find
a job that can show their ability or that is suitable for him rather than a “good job”.
