Writing: One possible version On May 15th, Mr. White was going to the railway station. As it was a long way from his house to the station, he decided to take a taxi. He called a taxi and the taxi driver asked for sixty Francs Mr White was not happy and insisted on giving him forty Francs instead. Then the driver let him in. The driver was driving rapidly while Mr. White felt quite proud of what he had done. Ten minutes later, the taxi driver suddenly stopped. The driver said something was wrong with the taxi and asked him to go out of the car and push it from behind. While Mr. White was doing this , the taxi drove off. The driver shouted to tell Mr. White that he had to get out of it in that very place because he only paid forty Francs.
