I am a student of Class 3, Senior 3 . My classmates and I often discuss something about whether students of Senior 3 should take physical exercise. Some students think taking exercise is a waste of time .Af­ter having sports ,they are much too excited for a long time to pay attention to their lessons.

But last week , my classmates and I took part in an extracurricular activity——a tug of war with Class One on the playground . First, we did some exercises to warm up. Then the judge gave an order and the game began. In about two minutes, we won the first set . Unfortunately , we lost the second．But we were not discouraged．We did our best and finally defeated them. The score was 2 :1．We were the winner.

In my opinion, exercise can build our bodies and reduce diseases. How important taking physical exercise is!
