Hello everyone. Recently we have just had a heated discussion about whether middle school students should take part in social practice or not. Now I’m going to give you a brief summary.

Two thirds of the students think it necessary for them to take part in social practice. They think it a good chance to go and learn something about society.They believe they can learn a great deal of what they are unable to learn in class. Of course the school leaders should organize the activities well and give them proper directions.

However, there are still one third who hold the view that it’s unnecessary for them to have social practice, for they don’t know the true value of it or how to to carry it out. They even think it a waste of precious time that they should spend on their lessons.
