    要點(diǎn)如下：
   1. 應(yīng)為坐輪椅的殘疾人設(shè)置專用通道；
   2. 應(yīng)提供殘疾人專座；
   3. 影片放映前劇院里的光線太暗；
   4. 音響效果不好，聲音太吵，聽不清臺(tái)詞。
   注意：
     1.詞數(shù)110詞左右；
     2.可適當(dāng)增加細(xì)節(jié)，以使行文連貫；
     3.信的開頭和結(jié)尾已寫好，不計(jì)入總詞數(shù)。

Dear manager,
       Last Saturday, I went to your cinemas to see a film. The cinema is good, but I still have some
suggestions to make.
      Firstly, I think there should be special access to the cinema for disabled people with wheelchairs.
Besides this, there should be special  access to the cinema for disabled people with wheel chairs. Thirdly,
there isn’t enough light for the audience to find their seats before the film starts: it is too dark.  I suggest
that the conductors should be in the cinema to help the audience. The last problem is that the sound is so
loud that the audience can’t hear the lines clearly.
        I do hope that these problems will be solved as soon as possible.
