One day a Chinese student went to study English in England. His family name is Sun. It is the same as the word “sun”. England is a country with bad weather. When Christopher Columbus and his friends reached America in 1492,they discovered the plant “corn” there. 1 450 years ago corn was brought to China. By 1555it had already become important here. Corn is a useful plant that can be eaten by 2 people and animals.
